  • Carry out preventive maintenance on SMT equipment, including Hanwha and Samsung machines, to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
  • Program SMT equipment such as pick-and-place machines and solder printers, ensuring accurate setup, optimization, and changeovers.
  • Implement and maintain inventory storage systems such as First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure proper material rotation and traceability.
  • Verify electronic components prior to use to confirm correct part numbers, values, orientation, and suitability for the intended application.
  • Maintain printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components accurately, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper storage conditions.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, bills of materials, and related documentation to support accurate assembly and process setup.
  • Operate and support SMT machines, including Hanwha and Samsung platforms, to ensure consistent and efficient production.
  • Apply knowledge of quality systems and electrostatic discharge (ESD) control practices to maintain a controlled and compliant production environment.
  • Perform hands-on SMT process tasks, including handling printed circuit boards, stencils, inspection activities, and minor soldering work.
  • Troubleshoot SMT equipment and related processes to identify root causes of defects or downtime and implement effective corrective actions.
