Description

Job Summary:

The Operations Process Engineer will drive process improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste and costs, improve equipment performance, and support a safe manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Improve machine uptime, speed, and scrap performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and CI teams to resolve production challenges.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and optimize workflow.
  • Support equipment modifications and productivity initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot process, equipment, and operational issues.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of engineering or technical experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop reports and procedures.
  • AutoCAD and electrical controls knowledge preferred.
