Operations Manager (Direct Hire)
Reno, NV | Full-Time

Are you a driven operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and driving results? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and support organizational growth for a well-established company in Reno, NV.

This is a direct hire role with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to support and impact multiple areas of the business. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and step in wherever needed.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Quality teams
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Identify process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and performance
  • Mentor, support, and develop team members in a hands-on leadership environment

Financial & Business Operations

  • Partner with Accounting to review and approve ACH and wire payments
  • Support banking activities, operational reporting, and margin tracking
  • Monitor business performance and assist with operational planning initiatives


Systems & Process Oversight

  • Serve as the main point of contact for IT systems and external vendors
  • Support SAP system operations and business process functionality
  • Review operational contracts, documentation, and internal procedures

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Lead quality initiatives and help resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain ISO compliance and support audit readiness
  • Ensure workplace safety standards and employee training requirements are met

Warehouse & Supply Chain Oversight

  • Oversee inventory, production scheduling, receiving, and kitting processes
  • Approve purchase orders and manage vendor relationships
  • Ensure operational accuracy and timely workflow execution across departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or related environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Understanding of accounting processes and operational reporting
  • Mechanically inclined with strong operational problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
