Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, with 5 years experience; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or Ph.D with no experience.
- Five (5) years of Operations related experience in data science, program management, or analytics, or other similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced global working environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools.
