Job description

At Cannabis & Glass, we're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our customers through exceptional service and accessible cannabis products. As the largest recreational dispensary chain in Eastern Washington and Oregon — with locations in North Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Ontario — we take pride in offering the region's best cannabis prices and widest selection.

Joining our team means working alongside some of the most experienced leaders in the industry, in an organization that consistently ranks among the highest-performing cannabis retailers in the region. We offer diverse opportunities for professional growth, and we're looking for people who take pride in their work, move with purpose, and thrive in fast-changing environments.

At Cannabis & Glass, we're building more than businesses — we're building leaders. Our General Managers are the cornerstone of our retail operations, leading high-performing teams that deliver best-in-class customer experiences across one of the fastest-growing industries in the country.

As a General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store performance — from daily operations, compliance, and financial reporting to team development and customer engagement. You'll set the tone for excellence, drive growth through data-driven decision-making, and create a culture where people take pride in their work and deliver exceptional results every day.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.

  • Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.

  • Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.

  • Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.

What We're Looking For

You're a decisive, people-first leader with proven retail or multi-unit management experience. You thrive in dynamic environments, solve problems before they arise, and know how to build teams that win. You bring structure, energy, and focus to everything you do — and you expect the same from those around you.

Why Join Us

At Minnesota Cannabis Services, you'll have the opportunity to lead with autonomy while being part of a collaborative network of professionals shaping the future of cannabis. We offer competitive pay, benefits, advancement opportunities, and a culture built on trust, performance, and growth.

If you're ready to lead from the front — and build something lasting — apply today.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting
  • A high level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information
  • Previous retail, sales and/or customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • We do not require previous professional experience in the cannabis industry but would prefer the applicant be a consumer of the product.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions such as standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 200 pounds with assistance), with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must commit to coming to work sober.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
  • Minimum 21 years of age

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Pay range between $65,000-$75,000
  • Bonus incentives programs
  • Employee discount includes 50% off smokable cannabis products
  • Health, Dental and Vision insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Employee Discount Program offering exclusive discounts from top national retailers
  • Paid Sick Leave (PSL) and Personal Time Off (PTO)
  • Holiday Pay for anyone working New Years Day, 4/20, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
