Job Summary

The Director of Sales Performance is responsible for driving consistent, scalable sales execution across Company-Owned Retail, Branded Partner, and Indirect channels. This leader ensures the organization delivers against key revenue, volume, and customer experience metrics by partnering with the operations and sales effectiveness teams to drive execution through the region teams. The Director of Sales Performance will utilize sales playbooks, performance processes, communications, and incentive programs that enable frontline and field teams to execute with excellence.
This leader serves as the primary performance point of contact to regional leadership teams, translating strategy into action, inspecting results, and enabling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Own performance inspection framework and KPI definition across Indirect, Branded Partner, and Xfinity Retail
  • Analyze key performance trends, diagnose performance barriers, and recommend corrective actions
  • Host regional performance calls and business reviews, ensuring follow-up on actions and measurable improvement

Incentives & Motivation

  • Drive incentive strategy and program design in partnership with sales effectiveness and compensation teams
  • Ensure incentive plans align to priorities, drive desired behaviors, and support channel health and partner growth

Field Communication & Region Partnership

  • Serve as the primary internal communications lead for sales performance programs, playbooks, and priorities
  • Act as region point-of-contact, ensuring clarity, alignment, and support for sales initiatives and standards
  • Provide executive visibility into regional performance cadence, insights, and opportunities

Sales Process & Tactics

  • Establish and refine national sales process standards, ensuring repeatable and disciplined sales motion
  • Identify and deploy tactical sales strategies to drive channel performance in partnership with regions and partners

Sales Execution & Playbook Leadership

  • Own the execution of the national sales playbook across all retail channels
  • Partner with Sales Effectiveness and operations to define execution standards, best practices, and frontline enablement tools to ensure consistent performance
  • Partner with training and operations leaders to ensure playbooks align to systems, tools, and product launches

Success Measures

  • Achievement of sales KPIs across all channels (HSD, Mobile, RGU, attach, churn, productivity, CX)
  • Consistent execution of sales playbook across regions and partners
  • Strong regional engagement, performance transparency, and disciplined inspection cadence
  • Incentive programs that drive performance, productivity, and partner success
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

This job can be performed in Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $132,736.26 - $248,880.48. This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $119,462.63 USD - $221,227.09.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
