Operations Supervisor
Waddell, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time
We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team, where you'll lead warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure customer commitments are executed safely and efficiently. Success in this role means maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards while developing a highly engaged and accountable workforce.
This role is ideal for someone who is a hands-on leader, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys coaching teams to achieve operational excellence. You'll be successful if you can balance people leadership with day-to-day operational execution and continuous improvement.
Your Impact:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will:
  • Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure service commitments are met.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to support throughput and accuracy goals.
  • Coach, develop, and hold associates accountable to performance, attendance, safety, and operational standards.
  • Conduct shift meetings, communicate priorities, and foster a positive, high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experienced as DC Supervisor, well versed in basic operation fundamentals, preferable cross-dock experience.
  • Experience with a workforce utilizing yard and warehouse equipment.
  • High focus on safety and performance management.
  • 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or 3PL environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), productivity reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to support varying shifts, weekends, overtime, and peak operational periods as business needs require.
