Job description

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic while maintaining a patient caseload. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports a positive, productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Monitor clinical documentation, compliance, and productivity standards
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
  • Conduct chart audits and support quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage and approve PTO requests
  • Serve as a resource for therapists, support staff, patients, and families
  • Address patient and parent concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of clinic processes, including referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and treatment workflows
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve clinic goals and support organizational growth


Qualifications

  • Licensed therapist (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP, as applicable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational management
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
