People Operations Human Resource Manager
What You'll Do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of professional, technical, and operational positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Represent the organization at networking functions, workforce development events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Drive improvements to onboarding programs, ensuring new hires have a structured and engaging transition experience.
  • Support performance management initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with managers to improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee feedback programs and assist leadership in translating results into actionable initiatives.
  • Oversee various HR programs including leave administration, accommodations, benefits support, and annual enrollment activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, talent development, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting organizational growth and change initiatives.
Pay Details: $94,500.00 to $116,000.00 per year
