What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and organize customer, shipping, and operational documentation
- Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems and databases
- Manage shared email inboxes and ensure timely communication and follow-up
- Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer concerns
- Track order updates and provide internal status communication when needed
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative support tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and working with data
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous office, customer service, administrative, or internship experience is helpful but not required
