Regional Operations Assistant Manager - Custodial Services

Regional Operations Assistant Manager

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $60,000/year

Location: serving Holland and surrounding areas

Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Assistant Manager to support multiple accounts by ensuring quality service, strong customer relationships, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on support with new account start-ups, staff training, and coverage for management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training New Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Provide coverage for Managers as needed
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Contribute to the development of long-term action plans for accounts facing challenges.
  • Support new account start-ups, establishing and implementing action plans
  • Maintain strong client relationships and assist with customer communications
  • Support scheduling, labor management, and cost control efforts
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between locations
  • Valid driver’s license required
