The Eastern Shawnee - Veracity JV is a tribally-owned 8(a) certified strategic joint venture between Eastern Shawnee Professional Services (ESPS) and Veracity Consulting (Veracity) created to provide agile, effective IT and business solutions for federal clients. Together, this joint venture brings streamlined contracting, extensive IT expertise, and proven reliability to support mission-critical federal initiatives.


Summary.

The AV/IT Program Manager oversees all aspects of the MSCoE G6 AV/IT Support contract, ensuring full compliance with PWS requirements and Government expectations. This role leads personnel, maintains performance standards, and ensures operational readiness of AV/IT systems across all supported facilities. This position is on-site at Fort Leonard Wood. This opportunity is contingent upon award. The selected candidate may be hired as either an ESPS employee or Veracity employee, depending on project planning and organizational needs. The employing entity will not affect the day-to-day responsibilities or expectations of the position.


Responsibilities.

• Serve as primary point of contact for the COR and MSCoE G6 leadership.
• Manage contract performance, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee helpdesk, Tier 1, and Tier 2 service delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with DoW, Army, MSCoE, and cybersecurity regulations.
• Approve and submit weekly, monthly, annual reports, and all contract deliverables.
• Provide strategic planning for lifecycle management and system upgrades.
• Lead quality assurance and ensure compliance with QASP performance metrics.
• Coordinate event support staffing and readiness planning.
• Implement corrective action plans and manage risks/issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance records.

Requirements:Qualifications.

Minimum Education and Experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, AV Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of AV/IT operations management or federal contract management experience.


Preferred Qualifications.

• CompTIA Security+ or higher.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal technical service contracts.
• Prior experience with AV control systems, IT network infrastructure, and collaboration platforms.
• PMP or ITIL certification.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

• Strong understanding of AV/IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and meet mission timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.


Other Requirements.

• Secret clearance required.
• Must comply with installation access and cybersecurity requirements.


Work Environment.

• On-site at Fort Leonard Wood in administrative and technical environments.
• Frequent interaction with Government personnel, technicians, and end users.


Physical Abilities

• Ability to lift 25 lbs for occasional equipment handling.
• Ability to stand, walk, or move between facilities as needed.
