Sodexo is currently seeking aFood Operations Manager to be a part of our management team atFort Leonard Wood MEDCOMhospital inSaint. Robert, MO.TheFood Operations Manager provides supervision for multi-functional food service areas at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit through the implementation of Sodexo programs while executing against Standard Operating Procedures.

The Ideal candidate will have a culinary background and management experience from healthcare food service environment with patient and retail operations experience.

What You'll Do
  • Direct daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met;
  • manage patient and retail operations
  • deliver high quality food service;
  • Implements and fully utilizes all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • develop and implements plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan;
  • create a positive andsafe environment;and/or
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.

What You Bring
  • have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
