The Operations Manager supports the Director of Operations in overseeing business operations for the Spencer's portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving operational consistency, team performance, process execution, and overall business efficiency across all locations
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational success across people, operations, inventory, training, and compliance while helping implement company initiatives and operational standards. This position works closely with department leaders to improve workflows, maintain accountability, support revenue-driving operations, and ensure a high-quality guest and employee experience.

Operational Support & Process Management
  • Support the Director of Operations in overseeing daily operational performance across all onsite departments.
  • Support in implementing operational workflows and procedures, and own maintaining operational workflows and procedures.
  • From time spent onsite communicate operational gaps, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities and help execute solutions.
  • Monitor operational performance and support initiatives that improve productivity, service quality, and team effectiveness.
  • Help ensure operational standards are consistently executed across all locations.

Inventory Management & Sourcing
  • Support inventory planning, purchasing coordination, and sourcing initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels while minimizing excess inventory and supply disruptions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support product availability, quality standards, and operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, ordering processes, and operational supply usage.
  • Analyze inventory trends and operational data to support purchasing decisions and operational forecasting.
  • Partner with operations and finance teams to support budget-conscious inventory management practices.

Policies, Procedures & Compliance
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of operational policies, procedures, and company standards.
