Deliver powerful results 

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Resident Operations Director with a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of work experience along with proven project management abilities and a relentlessly high excellence bar.

Responsibilities: 

  • The Resident Operations Director program is a 6-12 month, full-time program that prepares you to become an Operations Director at a Zeta school
  • As an Operations Director, you are the operational leader of your school and a member of the school leadership team.
  • As a Resident Operations Director at Zeta, you are placed at an existing Zeta school and serve as a full-time member of the school's operations team
  • You will engage in operations work at the host school and tackle a variety of school-specific and Zeta-wide operations projects, all while learning the skills and mindset needed to become an excellent Operations Director
  • You will help develop both systems for ensuring a world-class facility that meet's Zeta's high expectations while also creating a safe and welcoming school environment for all students, staff, and families
  • You will engage in short-term and long-term thinking on best operational systems, using data to shape every aspect of our school systems

We are hiring on a rolling basis, as well as for the 2026-2027 school year with a start date of July 6, 2026. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $92,500. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in operations and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Resident Operations Directors who are able to start immediately are eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus.

Zeta offers a relocation reimbursement of up to $2,500 for eligible staff relocating to join our school community.
