Knoxville, TN | Operations & Analytics Manager | Full-time | Contract
We are actively recruiting an Operations & Analytics Manager for our client in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is a contract opportunity that will require onsite presence in Knoxville. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys driving operational efficiency, supporting business decision-making, and improving reporting and financial processes during a period of organizational transition. Must have experience in business operations, finance, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, contracts, or related business functions, along with strong Excel and reporting skills.
Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
  • Perform billing, transaction, and account reconciliations
  • Review contracts, expenditures, and operational data
  • Prepare recurring reports and business insights for leadership
  • Assist with financial analysis and business decision support
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple functional areas
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Support operational reporting and performance tracking initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in business operations, finance, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, or related areas
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working with data
  • Experience creating reports and presenting information to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
