This position is responsible to lead, motivate, and support our Knoxville restoration division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This role oversees all operational activities and ensures the completion of operational objectives.

Join SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson as a Restoration Operations Manager, where you'll be at the heart of leading our local operations, restoration teams, and effective project management.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, achieve financial objectives, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll manage a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, and project coordination.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented restoration professional who excels in communication and problem-solving. If you are passionate about fostering a productive work environment and driving team success, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Oversee the management of operational activities.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
  • Work closely with local staff to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage the restoration personnel.
  • Make sure standards are of high quality and ensure all services comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven management experience in the restoration industry experience.
  • Intermediate math skills. Proficient computer skills. Excellent leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable at job costing and quality control.
  • IICRC certifications (Fire, Water, Drying, Mold, etc.)
  • This job requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment including the wear and use of respirators.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
