We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-capacity Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This hands-on leadership role is designed for individuals who are ready to build a long-term career with one of the most respected and fastest-growing restaurant brands in the nation.

Your Impact

  • Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in hospitality, food quality, speed of service, and execution.
  • Partner with the Owner/Operator to turn the restaurant's vision into actionable strategies that drive long-term growth and success.
  • Develop and coach Directors, Team Leaders, and future leaders through intentional mentorship and leadership development.
  • Build and sustain a high-performing culture where team members are challenged, supported, and equipped to grow.
  • Oversee financial performance by managing labor, food cost, budgets, and operational systems to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure operational consistency through strong systems, food safety, audits, and process accountability.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to set goals, solve challenges, and continuously improve restaurant performance.
  • Drive key business results, including guest satisfaction, speed of service, food safety, and year-over-year sales growth.
