Southern Farm Bureau is a great company and an excellent place to work. This is a 3rd shift position. The hours are 11:30pm-7:30am with rotating weekends

The Computer Operator, Lead will be responsible for directing and monitoring activities of required shift(s). First level of position support for the Computer Operations staff. Train operators on department specific functions. Contribute to performance evaluations of employees on assigned shifts.

Essential Functions

•

Directs and monitors activity of shifts.  First level of support for the Operations staff.

•

Monitors problems and work with users for successful resolution.

•

Responsible for training operators.

•

Assists supervisor with performance evaluations.

Additional Responsibilities

•

Availability for additional hours and after hours call are required.

•

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

•

Regular and predictable attendance is required.
