Operations Associate
Champion Homes - Retail Division

Reports to: Manager of Retail Operations Support
FLSA: Exempt
What You'll Do
  • Manage the retail ticketing support system and resolve store requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for store operational support.
  • Administer and track Retail lot lease agreements.
  • Manage city privilege licenses, including applications and renewals.
  • Set up new employees with Staples, Unishippers, and check scanner access.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations.
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2-3 of relevant experience
