## Operations ManagerApplylocations: Butlerville, Indianaposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R - 101556Position is contingent upon contract AwardAs the **Operations Manager**, you will Oversee the execution of day-to-day program activities and staff to include operation, maintenance, and development of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE)**CORE RESPONISIBILITIES:*** Manage and provide MACC-TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, including gathering, planning, and executing customer requirements for support* Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan, that is fully coordinated with all contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the installation* Establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule* Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects* Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays* Be prepared to perform the duties for the Program Manager, if required**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:*** Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline* 7+ years of relevant experience.
