The Regional Vice President, Operations is a senior healthcare executive responsible for leading operational, clinical, and financial performance across Millennium Physician Group's Indiana market. This leader will partner with physicians, executive leadership, health system stakeholders, and operational teams to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, advance value-based care initiatives, and deliver exceptional patient experiences. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MSN, or equivalent advanced degree) preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience with increasing responsibility.

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare operations with accountability for financial, operational, and quality performance.

  • Experience leading physician groups, medical groups, primary care networks, multispecialty practices, or other complex healthcare organizations.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, payer relationships, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience operating within value-based care environments, including Medicare Advantage, ACO, MSSP, or other risk-based reimbursement models.

  • Proven success improving operational performance, provider engagement, quality outcomes, and financial results.

Travel & Market Presence

This is a field-based leadership role requiring significant visibility and engagement throughout the Indiana market.

Preferred home-base locations:

  • Indianapolis, Indiana

  • South Bend, Indiana

Candidates residing in Chicago, Illinois or Gary, Indiana may also be considered.

  • Travel approximately 40-60%.

  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
