Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA. The Operations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Lightning Source (LS) Production departments. The Operations Manager also supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, on the assigned shift.

Schedule
  • Shift: Sunday-Tuesday 7am-7pm + every other Saturday 7am-7pm

What You'll Need:
  • College degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 3 or more years of management experience
  • 1 or more years of manufacturing experience

What You'll Do:
  • Manage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of books to LSI customers, including but not limited to, order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control
  • Coordinate with other LS Departments, to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needs
  • Oversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift
  • Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed
  • Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training
  • Ensure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times

Hiring Salary Range: $102,061k - $129,414k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
