Job Overview

The Remote Operations Manager will lead our project operations, with a primary focus on managing on-site activities, enhancing process efficiencies, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires frequent travel to client locations, where you'll supervise on-ground operations, ensure project alignment, and provide real-time solutions to operational challenges. Working remotely when not on-site, this position combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Site Operations Management:

Travel frequently to client sites to oversee project operations, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure project milestones are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client satisfaction.

- Operational Strategy and Execution:

Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies and procedures that support Zephyrus Engineering's goals. Coordinate remote and on-site teams for smooth project execution.

- Team Coordination and Leadership:

Lead and support project managers and on-site teams, providing direction and resolving any operational challenges. Maintain open communication channels with remote and on-site staff to align on project objectives.

- Resource Allocation and Budget Management:

Manage project resources, allocate budgets, and control costs to ensure project financials align with operational goals. Adjust resource distribution based on site needs and project timelines.

- Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and optimize workflows both on-site and remotely. Use Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency.

- Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Ensure that all project activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. Work with quality control teams to monitor and improve on-site quality standards.

Requirements
