The Environmental Services Department plays a vital role in ensuring that the hospital remains clean and safe for patients, staff, and visitors. As a member of this team, the main duties will be to clean and sanitize all areas of the hospital including patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, and meeting rooms.
EVS Operations Manager
Full-Time, Second Shift
Job Description:
  • Responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the operational needs of the department.
  • Coordinate the tasks of the frontline team members and act as a liaison for the department providing the highest possible level of service to our patients, visitors, and the community we serve.
  • This position requires monitoring of ongoing matters related to system/hospital initiatives in order to assure highest patient and customer satisfaction levels, strong team member relations, and achievements of goals set by the department.
  • Must ensure that all personnel under their operational influence comply with all hospital, government, and system policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years job related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience required with 1-2 years of supervisory experience in support service-related fields with high customer services and/or 1-2 years of Environmental Services.
