Overall Requirements
Currently, we are searching for an experienced Operation Manager for our Operations Department to help further the company's vision and to drive initiatives within the Operations group.
The selected candidate will collaborate with Senior Management to ensure the overall operation aligns with business process, strategy and ultimately delivers on expected goals. This position will ensure client requirements are achieved and resources are maximized to the full potential.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Operations Leader, ensuring the alignment and adoption of the business vision, strategic objectives, and cultural values. Technical experience would be of great value.
  • Execute the critical systems, programs and processes aligned to the business to achieve the sales, client, operations, and people-related goals.
  • Drive a supportive and collaborative working climate that results in a highly engaged workforce.
  • Partner effectively with leaders across the organization to ensure overall goals are achieved.
  • Work pro-actively with the Site Leader to identify opportunity as well as any risk and provide mitigation plans to resolve.
  • Ensure the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding practices meet standard processes and levels of excellence to ensure the acquisition of top talent individuals who have a strong cultural fit with Renaissance.
  • Ensure the execution of Renaissance talent management practices including performance management and Associate development to promote overall Associate performance, learning and growth opportunities.
  • Promote Renaissances cultural values in a manner resulting in a positive, team-oriented, results-focused business group.
  • With the assistance of local Office Management, is responsible for Renaissances premises and facilities management and Health and Safety.
  • Accountable for specific Operational and Quality KPI metrics.
  • Nurture people empowerment workplace.
  • Manage all activities related to the production of goods and services, such as but not limited to operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations
  • Drive continuous improving process and quality, keep it simple yet effective.
  • Strategic resource utilization: ensuring everything "keeps moving".

Job Qualifications:
Formal Education and Training
  • Business or Engineering degree / diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Techniques.
  • Experience in continuous Improvement Practices, 5S LEAN techniques, Quality Initiative and Performance Indicators considered an asset.
  • Demand Planning would be an asset.
