Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Vermont Creamery

As a Creamery Supervisor, you’ll lead safe, efficient production on the manufacturing floor. You’ll manage a team, ensure schedules are met, uphold quality standards, and enforce safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, organization, and follow-through are essential. This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in shaping frontline culture.

Required Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Physical movement such as stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, pinching, lifting, walking and standing and other moving on a routine basis.
