Job description

Operations Managers will be scheduled for a 3-day workweek and must have availability on Monday, Wednesday and Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We're providing a unique opportunity to work full-time or part-time while only working 3 days per week, leaving you 4 days each week (including 2-day weekends!) to enjoy/pursue your other passions in life! Full-time team members will work an average of 12 - 13 hours per day. Part-time team members will work an average of 4 - 6 hours per day. Opening (5:30am) and/or closing (11:00pm) availability will be required.

We are currently looking to fill the following schedules:

  • Closing shift on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Team Original)
  • Closing shift on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Team Spicy)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in food service or hospitality
  • Strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service skills
  • Driven, results-oriented, and confident in taking purposeful action
  • Ability to work a 3-day schedule with availability for opening or closing shifts
  • Compliance with uniform and grooming standards

Uniform Policy

  • Face, neck and hand tattoos are not allowed, no exceptions - other tattoos will need to be covered during your shift
  • No ear gauges or facial piercings allowed other than one stud in the nose
  • Facial hair, other than a neatly trimmed mustache, is not allowed
  • No unnatural hair colors (pink, green, blue, etc.)
