Job description

Job Summary
The Site Experience Operations Manager is responsible for showcasing the resort and the facilities to potential customers and providing a personalized experience while showcasing the advantages of the resort in order to obtain the business. He /she must effectively solicit and become familiar with all aspects of the client business. The manager will support all Sales Managers in coordinating and distributing information relating to sites and service. Additional responsibilities include assisting Operations such as Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping as needed and requested by DOSM or General Manager.


Education & Experience:

• At least 5 years of progressive hotel operations / sales experience; or a 4 year college degree and at least 3 year of related experience; or a 2year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience.

• College degree or equivalent required.

• Must be skilled in Windows, Opera, Newmarket, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Additional languages preferred.


Physical Requirements:

• Long hours sometimes required.

• Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
