Position Overview
Culligan seeks an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as an Operations Manager. This position reports to the dealership's general manager and is responsible for managing all service, route, and warehouse personnel. The Operations Manager will implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective customer service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations for Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse Staff
  • Manage efficient routing of deliveries and service calls
  • Consistently administer company policies and procedures within the branch
  • Perform daily reviews with individual Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Staff
  • Assign, schedule, and review all daily service work, deliveries, and warehouse activities
  • Maintain performance standards for call-backs, stops per day, and overall productivity
  • Coach and counsel employees and address performance issues in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, including any negative customer situations
  • Complete basic installation and removal of water treatment equipment
  • Adhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practices
  • Maintain an organized and neat warehouse
  • Manage, maintain, and secure equipment inventory and supplies
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of front-line supervisory or management experience
  • Water treatment experience or plumbing background preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Valid drivers license and all state-mandated special motor vehicle operations certificates
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
