Operations Manager

Operations Manager - Commercial Cleaning

Saber Building Services is seeking a motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to support cleaning operations across multiple customer locations.

This is a field leadership role for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, building customer relationships, and keeping daily operations moving. The Operations Manager will work closely with supervisors, cleaning teams, customers, and company leadership to ensure accounts are properly staffed, cleaned, supported, and meeting quality expectations.

Compensation

$45,000 – $60,000 per year

Performance bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned customer locations
  • Support, coach, and develop field supervisors and cleaning teams
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, quality standards, and account performance
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-up on service needs
  • Communicate professionally with customers to maintain strong working relationships
  • Respond to operational issues, employee concerns, and customer requests in a timely manner
  • Help ensure buildings are properly staffed, supplied, and meeting cleaning expectations
  • Partner with company leadership to improve processes, solve problems, and support growth
  • Maintain accountability, professionalism, and consistency across assigned accounts
  • Support a positive, team-focused work environment in the field

Requirements

  • Must be available to work afternoons and occasional weekends as needed
  • Previous management, supervisory, or operations leadership experience required
