Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and own full operational responsibility for one of our facilities. This role is critical in driving performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery while developing future leaders and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
The role is onsite at Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end operational responsibility for a single facility across multiple functions.
  • Lead supervisors and team leads in fulfillment, manufacturing, and order processing.
  • Drive facility-level performance in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Partner with logistics, planning, and customer success teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Train and develop current and future leaders, creating strong succession plans.
  • Align team priorities with company strategy and deliver on key initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive, empowered, and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, safety, and regulatory standards.

Your Contributions:
  • College degree required; if no degree, 9+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 7-10+ years of functional experience in operations.
  • Proven experience managing salaried and/or hourly employees and supervisors.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into operational goals.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
