A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS MANAGER

As an Operations Manager for one of our locations, you are responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of branch staff. As a hands-on leader, you model prompt, professional service when answering incoming telephone calls and greeting walk-in customers. You inspire all counter sales, warehouse, and delivery staff to take pride in their work and provide exceptional customer service. Your style of leadership fosters teamwork, respect, accountability, and trust.

You are goal-oriented and continually achieve your branch's financial targets. With attention to detail and efficiency, you accurately complete transactions and paperwork. You resolve customer complaints and dispute effectively. Working with outside sales personnel, you also help develop effective sales programs and promotions for your branch. You enjoy the challenge of being a strategic leader and get great satisfaction out of achieving goals!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OPERATIONS MANAGER
