What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Operations Manager Project Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Operations Manager Project Manager, you need expertise in project management, process optimization, and operational strategy, typically supported by a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Familiarity with project management software (such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project), ERP systems, and certifications like PMP or Six Sigma is highly valuable.
