EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead our Nashville operations team. Our small but growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing franchisee network.
 
We are looking for an Operations Manager / Project Manager to oversee the execution of all projects and operations staff, and bring a solutions-oriented approach to the work we do. This individual's responsibilities include formulating overall operational strategy, managing people, and ensuring adherence to EverLine policies and procedures within our operations department. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profit margins are on the rise.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day asphalt maintenance operations and project management (sealcoating, crackfill, pothole repair, line striping, etc.)
  • Enforce policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for ownership
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Operations Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar role
  • Strong analytical ability
