Salary: $90,000-$100,000 PLUS bonus
Aksarben Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, a trusted leader in home services across the Omaha area, is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee our Residential HVAC division.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do As An Operations Manager:
  • Lead and develop service, install, and/or sales teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Supervise and delegate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship
  • Coach, train, and mentor technicians, installers, and sales team members to improve performance and drive results
  • Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly budget targets, and manage labor and material expenses
  • Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and field operations to optimize productivity
  • Provide technical guidance and operational support to field teams
  • Conduct job site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
  • Review reports, track KPIs, and support the General Manager with operational planning and data analysis
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes
  • Follow the guidelines for the Senior Care, Ethics, and Quality Assurance Process.
  • Conduct weekly meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You'll Bring As An Operations Manager:
  • 4+ years of experience in operations management, branch management, service management, or general management within a residential or commercial service-based industry.
  • Experience in home services industries such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar, restoration, electrical, landscaping, pest control, or other field service organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Experienced in a HVAC Management position highly preferred.
  • Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • A working knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing and air flow are required.
  • Knowledge of local and national HVAC code is preferred but not required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.
  • Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.
