Description
PURPLE is actively seeking bright and enthusiastic interns to join the Business Operations team in our New York office!
The right candidates must have a genuine passion for Business Development, Operations and/or Entrepreneurship. They must also be organized, driven and creative and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
  • General front office tasks (Supporting with front desk coverage, greeting clients, visitors, and staff, answering phone calls/emails in a timely matter, supply management)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing samples and packages in an organized fashion.
  • Assist with the preparation and breakdown of executive meetings.
  • Assist with new hire setup and first-day coordination.
  • Work with the team to create content for internal communications.
  • Team building initiatives, and other internal events to boost company morale and foster a great workplace.
  • Support on other ad-hoc projects as needed by the business.
  • You will be given and present an end-of-term Internship Project, on which the PURPLE Team will guide and assist you. This mock activity will support you in building your personal portfolio while helping infuse key learnings and takeaways from across your Internship

Intern Payment and Working Hours:
  • This is an unpaid internship. We will provide experience that meets the criteria for academic credit and will complete any paperwork provided by the student to obtain course credit from an accredited academic institution. You must be able to work in office a minimum of 15 hours per week.
