Job description

Are you an organized leader who enjoys keeping projects moving, solving problems, and coordinating teams? We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across two growing technology companies specializing in luxury residential and commercial AV, security, lighting, and automation systems.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and equipment readiness.
  • Coordinate purchasing with project schedules.
  • Manage technician scheduling and resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Service to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Lead weekly operations meetings and keep projects on track.
  • Identify operational risks before they impact customers.
  • Report directly to the CEO on operational performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operations or project coordination experience.
  • Experience in construction, AV integration, security, or field services is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
