Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical, technically skilled Business Analyst & Operations Lead to drive data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and workflow transformation across the organization. This role is not only responsible for scaling analytics and business operations, but also for leveraging AI tools and capabilities-to fundamentally improve how work gets done, reduce manual effort, and accelerate insight generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and operational solutions-from data integration and transformation to reporting, automation, and AI-enabled productivity improvements. Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into scalable data, reporting, and automation solutions.
  • Embed AI into day-to-day workflows by leveraging Copilot, AI agents, and automation frameworks to streamline reporting, accelerate analysis, and reduce manual effort. Continuously evaluate and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve productivity and enable self-service insights.
  • Lead development of advanced Power BI dashboards, delivering executive-ready insights through robust and scalable reporting.
  • Own in-house tools, analytics, and reporting capabilities, delivering actionable insights through well-defined KPIs and scalable reporting.
  • Drive workflow and tool modernization by designing and building automation solutions and system integrations, including developing Power Automate flows and leveraging Power Platform, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to improve operational efficiency, cross-team coordination, and self-service analytics.
  • Own and administer organization's SharePoint sites and collaboration spaces, establishing a structured, intuitive, and scalable information architecture. Drive consistency in site design and content management through defined governance standards, and deliver a user-friendly ecosystem that improves searchability, accessibility, and usability
  • Drive cross-functional processes across the engineering organizations, ensuring alignment and consistent execution. Coordinate organizational reviews, maintain governance frameworks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, serving as the central point for process changes and workflow simplification.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, validating requirements and defining scope and success criteria, while managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to deliver measurable outcomes.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Typically, 6+ years in data analytics, business operations, or business analysis, delivering scalable data and operational solutions
Skills
  • Proven ability to apply AI tools (e.g., Copilot, agents) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Workflow automation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Advanced analytics and reporting (Power BI, Excel, data modeling, KPIs)
  • Deep expertise in SharePoint, Smartsheet, and SQL, including SharePoint administration, information architecture, governance, and data modeling
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement; translates business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools and systems (e.g., JIRA, SFDC, SAP, SQL) and resource planning tools preferred
