Description
The Operations Manager oversees district operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong financial performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role works closely with Operations, Sales, BO&D, and QHSE teams and reports to the District Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service and production personnel (hiring, scheduling, performance, discipline)
  • Oversee field and facility operations, inventory, and equipment readiness
  • Review and approve payroll, invoices, and operational documentation
  • Monitor and control operational expenses
  • Support capital expenditure planning and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with QMS and HSE programs and maintain a safe work environment
  • Lead safety initiatives, including pre-job meetings and Stop Work Authority

Requirements
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of operations experience (oil & gas service preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure
  • Working knowledge of field, mechanical, and administrative operations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in both office and field environments, including standing, walking, lifting, and occasional climbing.
