We're making our electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company available to customers - and we're looking for professionals with experience building solutions to scale our business, ensuring our customers succeed while developing the use cases of the future.
re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment with a specialization in the handling of valuable electronic hardware used in data centers. We are a stand-alone company within the Amazon corporate family that provides services to other Amazon companies and are looking for a talented, driven, and versatile Customer Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end customer onboarding and launch experience for our re:Cycle as a Service (RaaS) offering

You'll serve as the critical bridge between Business Development and our operational, systems, and broader stakeholder teams - ensuring that customers are seamlessly transitioned into a successful pilot and launch. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by standing up new processes from the ground up. This is an opportunity to build something truly meaningful inside Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Owning the customer onboarding lifecycle from deal close (or near-close) through successful pilot launch and steady-state operations
- Serving as the primary conduit between the BD lead who activates customer leads and the internal stakeholders who must prepare to support new clients
- Coordinating cross-functional readiness activities including process adaptation, facility preparation, and systems configuration in partnership with program leads
- Interfacing directly with customers as needed to align on implementation timelines, requirements, and expectations
- Supporting customer contract development including scope definition, service-level parameters, and commercial terms in partnership with BD and Legal
- Conducting financial analysis to support deal structuring, pricing validation, and business case development for new customer engagements
- Assisting with facility sizing, layout planning, and capacity modeling as the program scales to accommodate new client volumes
- Identifying and escalating gaps in operational readiness, EH&S compliance, or systems capability that may impact customer launch timelines
- Developing and maintaining standardized onboarding playbooks, checklists, and implementation frameworks to enable repeatable, scalable launches
- Driving internal stakeholder alignment and communication to ensure all teams are informed and prepared for new customer activations
- Tracking implementation milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively managing through obstacles to deliver on-time launches
