The Senior Manager, Operations and Implementation, leads the planning and execution of multiple projects by applying advanced operations expertise to enhance program initiatives. This role establishes and enforces operational policies, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates cross-functional activities to optimize performance. The position requires strong leadership in managing teams, developing talent, and fostering collaboration while ensuring compliance with company standards. The role demands strategic oversight of business plans, effective communication with stakeholders, and a commitment to operational excellence that supports organizational goals and sustainable growth.
  About the team:
The Global Platform Expansion team is part of Global Talent & Learning’s Digital & Operational Transformation organization. The team drives the scaling of proven digital capabilities across markets and business segments to deliver consistent, sustainable enterprise value. Combining technology, product, user experience, market readiness, and change management, the team ensures effective platform implementation and lasting impact. This role supports global strategy and local execution by collaborating across functions and geographies to enhance adoption, inform expansion, and develop repeatable approaches that improve global scaling and operational standards.
  What you'll do:
  • Lead planning and execution of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with operational goals and business plans.
  • Develop, implement, and update policies, procedures, and operational flows to optimize production and maintain safety standards.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to identify performance gaps, develop improvement solutions, and ensure sustainable operational processes.
  • Drive execution of business plans by removing obstacles, allocating resources, and monitoring progress against performance standards.
  • Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards while fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
