The Implementation Specialists will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of multi-departmental projects. Responsibilities and Benefits
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously through conceptual idea, discovery, development, installation (roll out) through implementation
  • Document, manage and drive progress against agreed-upon timelines, including development of project plans, Gantt charts and critical path analysis
  • Work with project leaders to define resources needed for project completion
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews at key points in the process
  • Track changes, corrections, missing information, and ensure appropriate follow up
  • Communicate project status, issues, approvals, and other pertinent information to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project reports
  • Liaise with project owners to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and communicate any issues that arise to VP of Implementation & Integration
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Coordinate cross-functional project meetings in accordance to project plan governance
  • Responsible for ensuring project meeting notes and key decisions and barriers are captured and recaps prepared for distribution to project team

Requirements
  • Bachelors (Preferred)
  • Operations experience preferred
  • Must reside in Birmingham
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Ability to customize communication style across multiple organizational levels
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills for varying audiences
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
