Head Trainer | F45 Training
Are you a fitness professional with a talent for leadership? Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, charismatic, and knowledgeable Head Trainer to lead our team and drive our community's success.
As a Head Trainer, you won't just coach; you will manage. You will be responsible for the professional development of our coaching staff, the operational excellence of our studio, and the growth of our membership base.
The Role: Leadership & Athletics
You will oversee all aspects of F45 Athletic Operations, balancing high-energy coaching with strategic management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of full-time and part-time coaches; lead weekly meetings to master new F45 phases.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage staff schedules, ensure impeccable studio maintenance, and oversee opening/closing procedures.
  • Growth & Retention: Lead goal-oriented consultations, drive membership sales, and execute lead-generation activities to expand our community.
  • Culture Building: Foster an inclusive "family" environment that inspires members to achieve their personal best.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of personal training experience with a proven track record in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Certification: Current certification from an F45-approved provider (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or AFAA) and valid CPR/AED certification.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a passion for relationship-building, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
