Job description

Description
WHO WE ARE
Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera's mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely - deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We're hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Founders Office at Cyera enables the founders to operate at maximum effectiveness and strategic impact. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CTO, this role ensures the CTO deploys his relationships and influence where they create the greatest business value for the company's top goals. This position combines executive strategy, customer engagement, and operational excellence. You will serve as a force multiplier at the intersection of founders, customers, and internal teams, ensuring that Cyera's most strategic customer relationships are protected and executive engagements are maximized. You will support addressing critical customer needs, risks, opportunities, and escalations, ensuring they are surfaced and managed proactively, with visibility into board-level priorities and direct influence on customer outcomes and go-to-market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Founder Operations & Executive Engagement
  • Maximize CTO effectiveness by driving preparation, execution, and follow-through for strategic customer engagements and executive initiatives.
  • Coordinate founder-led interactions, executive requests, events, and communications to support strategic deals, renewals, and company priorities.
  • Ensure accountability and timely execution of founder commitments across customers and multiple internal stakeholders.

Strategic Customer Management & Escalations
  • Serve as the cross-functional facilitator for Cyera's most strategic accounts, aligning teams around customer priorities, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive resolution of critical customer issues and executive escalations while maintaining executive-level customer confidence.
  • Build tools to systematically maintain visibility into customer health, sentiment, adoption, value realization, renewal status, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with GTM teams on executive interventions, expansion plans, retention strategies, and strategic renewals.
  • Manage high-impact customer situations, including security incidents, service disruptions, platform issues, and commercial escalations.

Strategic Insights & Operating Systems
  • Translate customer feedback, engagement trends, and account insights into recommendations that influence company strategy and founders' priorities.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure strategic customer needs inform roadmap prioritization and long-term planning.
  • Build and scale AI-powered workflows, reporting, and operating systems that increase founder leverage and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Program Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or similar roles.
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of executive strategy and day-to-day hands-on execution.
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customers, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure technology environments. Familiarity with Fortune 500 customer environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong operational instincts and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with relevant AI tools and modern operational systems.
  • Ability to quickly synthesize complex information - both business and technical contexts - and communicate with clarity and executive voice.
  • Experience navigating high-stakes customer situations and executive escalations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written communication and executive presentation skills.
  • High levels of discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Compensation Range: $160,000-$200,000.
The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
This compensation range represents Cyera's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera's sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee's work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera's business and other operational considerations.
Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
BENEFITS - Why Cyera?
  • Ability to work remotely, with office setup reimbursement
  • Competitive salary
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid holidays and sick time
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Life, short and long-term disability insurance
