Contributions
  • Be responsible and accountable for all the operational delivery across the sector
  • Provide operational support, leadership, and guidance in the current and future operations of the sector
  • Lead a growing team of program, project, and technical leaders in providing best in class IT services
  • Identify and hire the absolute best leadership we can find for our client delivery teams
  • Support, train, and mentor program and project managers for success in the performance of their work

Qualifications
Things You Probably Should Have:
  • An entrepreneurial desire to build a business
  • An informed opinion on what leadership is (and is not)
  • A leadership philosophy/methodology
  • Experience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance in the pursuit of new contracts/proposals
  • Experience collaborating with program managers, project managers, and clients to improve the delivery of services and create "client delight"
  • Experience in training and mentorship of project and program managers in the performance of their duties
  • Experience being responsible and accountable for the P&L of your area of responsibility
  • 10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/components
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
  • Local to the Washington, DC metro preferred
