$15,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an energetic, experienced, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as our Director of Nursing (DON). This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare leader who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and providing exceptional care to our residents.

At The Greens at Pinehurst, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care in a compassionate and supportive environment. As the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to lead the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive positive clinical outcomes while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.

  • Maintain standards of care in accordance with facility policies, federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident care.

  • Recruit, retain, and support top nursing talent.

  • Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives are implemented and maintained.

  • Collaborate with the Administrator and leadership team to achieve facility goals.

  • Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in good standing with the State of North Carolina.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of Director of Nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement policies, procedures, and programs that support quality resident care.

  • Proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
