Job description

Role Purpose

This role focuses on leading high-impact, cross-functional technology initiatives. The MVP will manage the "Cross Functional Technology& Operations" pillar, bridging the gap between platform stability, strategic planning (Terraplan), and the realization of value from our technologyand AIinvestments. You will be responsible for building a programmatic approach to measuring and maximizing the Return on Investment (ROI) for our technologyand AIinvestments, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of our Sales and Service Delivery teams.

What You Will Focus On

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and own the end-to-end strategy for cross-functional Sales and Service technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

  • Terraplan(Anaplan):Provide strategic oversight for the Terraplan initiative, ensuring territory management systems are optimized to support global sales and service efficiency.

  • Platform Operations:Oversee the operations of core platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability, minimizing friction for our associatesfor are core SaaS platform and AI capabilities.

  • ROI & Value Capture:Build and lead a robust program focused on quantifying and increasing the ROI of technologyand AIinvestments, ensuring clear outcomes for the Sales and Service orgs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner extensively with Sales, Service, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to drive integrated solutions and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact.

  • Agile Transformation:Lead the team to build and launch products/features using Agile methodology at scale, focusing on continuous improvement, A/B testing, and rapid deployment.

Experience and Education:

  • Experience:10+ years of progressive leadership experience in information technology, with at least 5+ years managing technology solutions for B2B Sales or Service organizations.

  • CRMExperience:Proven track record of implementing and optimizing major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce,Anaplan, Netsuite,AI,etc.) within a large, global enterprise.

  • Program Management:Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex budgets, and deliver on multi-year strategic roadmaps.

  • Technical Acumen:Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, disruptive technologies (AI, automation), and their application in driving enterprise value.

  • Consulting Experience:Consultingexperience working inambiguous situations and driving impact via influence is highly preferred

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 208,000 USD - 261,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
