Job description

Entry-Level Office Assistant

Hiring entry-level office assistant to handle day-to-day operations. PT paid training leading to FT growth position. Is this you? Welcome to the ProspectBArk HQ! This is a great opportunity for college students, new grads, budding entrepreneurs and entry-level professionals to gain new skills, acquire work experience, network with like-minded colleagues and learn first-hand the challenges of running โ€“ and growing โ€“ a small business in today's competitive environment!

Job requirements:

  • 15 hours/week while training, over the course of 3 days/week (5 hours each).
  • Training lasts 6-8 weeks, after which pay and hour increases are offered based on performance and competence.
  • You must be able to commute to our office in the Hudson Valley (Newburgh NY near Mount Saint Mary college), approx 90 mins north of Manhattan. On site free parking, unlimited coffee and vegetarian lunch provided! Office setting has cats and a dog, so you should like animals (or at least not be allergic or afraid of them).
