How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Direct the implementation of operational policies, service strategies, and contractual standards to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery across all departments.

  • Lead ongoing operational assessments and quality assurance programs to optimize workflows, productivity, and service performance.

  • Drive staff development, direct daily team execution, and cultivate a supportive culture that keeps employee turnover low while driving high satisfaction scores.

  • Identify strategic marketing partnerships and collaborative opportunities to extend departmental reach, integrate service lines, and align with broader organizational goals.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing preferred.
    • Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Oncology experience required.
  • Inpatient and outpatient oncology experience strongly preferred.
